Public lender Punjab National Bank has changed its interest rates on domestic and NRI savings accounts. According to the bank’s official website, the new interest rates will apply from January 1, 2022. From now on, customers will receive interest on account balances below Rs. 2.80 percent pa. 10 lakh, 2.85 percent pa on account balances of Rs.10 lakh and more to less than Rs.500 crore and 3.25 percent pa on account balances of Rs.500 crore and more, after the last revision.

Customers can choose from a wide range of savings account products at the bank. PNB offers savings account systems that meet a variety of financial and banking needs of their customers, such as the PNB Unnati Savings Account, PNB Saving Account Product For Premium Customers, PNB SF Prudent Sweep Deposit Scheme For Individuals, PNB SF Prudent Sweep For The Accounts Of Institute , PNB Junior Sf Account, Basic Savings Bank Account (BSBDA), PNB Rakshak Scheme, Scheme for the provision of overdraft facilities for pensioners, PNB Power Savings, PNB Samman Saving Account, PNB MySalary Account, Premium Savings Account PNB Best Customer, PNB Pratham Savings Account and PNB ‘ Select ‘savings account.
PNB, on the other hand, recently launched a “New Year Bonanza” offer for its customers. The bank announced on its Twitter account: “It’s a Happy New Year with a New Year’s Bonanza. Apply for loans on exciting terms and start your year in one fell swoop!” As part of the “New Year Bonanza” offer, the bank promises an interest rate of 6.50% for home loans, 6.65% for car loans and 8.90% for personal loans. Customers can make a missed call at 1800-180-8888 to learn more about the bank’s loan products.
